Built a full-stack application using Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL with an AI-assisted development workflow. Shipped from concept to production in days — compressing a delivery cycle that would traditionally take months.

Designed and built a scoped estimation application with structured inputs, automated line-item calculation, and exportable outputs. Deployed using agentic AI tooling from specification to working prototype in under a week.

A full-stack member portal and public website for a private club, replacing a static legacy site with a dynamic, managed experience.

Architected and built a Next.js 14 application with a member authentication layer, a content-managed public site, and an administrative interface — all designed to be maintainable by non-technical staff.

Business performance data lived in disconnected systems. Producing a coherent executive view required manual aggregation and was often stale by the time it was ready.

Built a lightweight data integration layer and dashboard using modern web tooling and AI-assisted development. Configured to pull from operational systems and render in a clean, executive-ready format.
